Privacy Policy
Last updated August 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how NotaryPro LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), which operates the NotaryPro service, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use notarypro.me, submit a request form, or communicate with us by phone, text, or email.
NotaryPro appointments are scheduled and dispatched by a360 Inc, our dispatch partner. When you submit a request form, your request is sent to a360 Inc, and a360 Inc is the party that will typically call or text you about it. Where this policy says "we," it covers both NotaryPro LLC and a360 Inc acting on our behalf.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you submit a request form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, the type of notarization you need, and the description of the documents you provide. If you contact us directly, we collect whatever you choose to include in that message.
Information collected automatically
When you submit a form, our servers record technical details of that submission, including:
- Your IP address, and the approximate city, region, country, and time zone associated with it
- Your browser's user-agent string
- The page URL you submitted from, including any campaign parameters in it, and the page that referred you
- The date and time we received your submission
We use ordinary web analytics on this site, including Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement. These set cookies and may record a Google Click Identifier (gclid) when you arrive from an advertisement, which lets us attribute a request to the ad that produced it. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Consent records
When you tick the consent boxes on a request form, we record which boxes you ticked, the exact wording of the disclosures as they appeared on your screen, the version of that wording, the page you were on, and the time you submitted — alongside the technical details listed above. We keep these records to demonstrate that contact you receive from us was consented to. We retain them for at least five years after your last interaction with us, even if you later opt out of contact.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your request, confirm appointment details, and dispatch a notary
- To contact you about scheduling, availability, and pricing for your notarization
- To process payment for services you request
- To maintain records of the consent you gave us
- To measure the performance of our advertising and improve our site
- To detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims
Calls and Text Messages
If you tick the communications consent box on a request form, you agree that NotaryPro LLC and a360 Inc may contact you at the phone number and email address you provided — including by text message — about scheduling, availability, and pricing for your notarization. In practice, a360 Inc places most of these calls and texts, because it is the entity that schedules and dispatches the appointment.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can request and receive notary services without agreeing to calls or texts by calling us at (888) 619-6072 instead.
- Message frequency varies based on your request and appointment activity.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's rates are between you and your carrier.
- To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation, and we will send no further marketing or scheduling texts to that number.
- For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at hello@notarypro.me or (888) 619-6072.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your number is shared only with a360 Inc, which schedules and dispatches your appointment as described above, with the notary assigned to that appointment, and with the messaging providers that transmit our messages. None of them may use your number for their own marketing, and none of them may sell or transfer it onward.
How We Share Information
