Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of notarypro.me and the notary dispatch services offered under the NotaryPro name by NotaryPro LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a request form or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What We Are

NotaryPro is a notary dispatch service operated by NotaryPro LLC. Requests submitted through this site are sent to a360 Inc, our dispatch partner, which schedules your appointment, contacts you about it, and assigns the notary. References to "we" in these Terms include a360 Inc acting in that role.

Notaries in the NotaryPro network are independent contractors, not our employees. They are commissioned by their own state and are responsible for performing notarial acts in accordance with the law of the state in which they act.

We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. A notary cannot tell you which document to sign, how to complete it, or whether it accomplishes what you intend. If you need legal advice, consult a licensed attorney.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use this service. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide the phone number and email address you give us.

3. Requests and Appointments

Submitting a request does not create a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when we send you a confirmation identifying the time, location, and notary. Availability, arrival windows, and same-day service are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on notary availability in your area.

We may decline or cancel any request, including where no notary is available, where the requested act is not permitted in your state, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful use.

4. Your Responsibilities at the Appointment

• Present valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification that satisfies your state's requirements.
• Bring the document unsigned unless the notarial act is an acknowledgment that permits prior signature. The notary must witness what the law requires them to witness.
• Ensure the document is complete, with no blank spaces to be filled in later.
• Be willing and mentally aware, and arrange any additional witnesses your document requires unless you have asked us to supply them.
• Provide accurate address and access information for the appointment location.

A notary is required by law to refuse a notarization that does not meet these requirements. A refusal on these grounds is not a failure of service, and travel fees may still apply.

5. Fees, Payment, and Cancellation

Fees are quoted before your appointment is confirmed and typically consist of the statutory notarial fee set by your state plus a travel or convenience fee. Payment is due before the appointment unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show terms — including any travel fee that applies when a notary has already been dispatched — are stated in your appointment confirmation. Refunds, where due, are issued to the original payment method.

6. Remote Online Notarization

Where we offer remote online notarization (RON), it is performed by a notary commissioned to perform RON, using an approved platform, and is subject to that state's identity-proofing and recording requirements. RON is not available in every state or for every document type. If your document or jurisdiction requires an in-person notarization, we will tell you and offer a mobile appointment instead.

7. Communications

By providing your phone number and email address, you agree that we may contact you about your request and appointment. If you separately tick the communications consent box on a request form, you agree that NotaryPro LLC and a360 Inc may contact you by phone call and by text message about scheduling, availability, and pricing for your notarization. a360 Inc places most of these calls and texts, because it is the entity that schedules and dispatches your appointment. Consent to calls and texts is not a condition of purchase — you may request service by calling (888) 619-6072 instead. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. 8. Acceptable Use

You may not use this service to obtain a notarization for a fraudulent, forged, or unlawful purpose; to impersonate another person; to submit another person's contact information without their authorization; or to scrape, overload, or interfere with the site. We may refuse service and report unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities.

9. Third-Party Services

Our site links to and relies on third-party services, including payment processors, scheduling and messaging platforms, and RON providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

10. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a notarized document will be accepted by any third party, recording office, court, or foreign government, or that it accomplishes your intended legal result.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost transactions, or delays, arising out of or related to the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to a given appointment will not exceed the amount you paid us for that appointment.

Notaries in our network carry their own errors and omissions insurance and are individually responsible for their notarial acts. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NotaryPro LLC, a360 Inc, and their officers, employees, and contractors from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or the inaccuracy of information you provided.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
